About Judith & Adequate Sufficiency
Judith is a cook, gardener, teacher, storyteller, and firm believer that perfection is highly overrated.
She has spent a lifetime collecting recipes, growing things, feeding people, teaching lessons, making mistakes, and gathering enough stories to prove that the best parts of life rarely go according to plan.
She loves really good food, quality ingredients, old-fashioned techniques, cast iron, a productive garden, and recipes that are actually worth the trouble. She also believes cooking should be fun. If something delicious can be made, something learned along the way, and there is room to laugh when it all goes sideways, she considers that a successful day.
Adequate Sufficiency is where Judith shares all of it - the recipes, the stories, the successes, and the lessons learned somewhere in between. After all these years, she has discovered something rather freeing:
Life doesn't have to be perfect to be wonderful.
Sometimes, an adequate sufficiency is more than enough.
